Lifestance is by far the best mental health professional service I have been to and I have seen a lot. David Payne is thorough, responsible with his medicine, and has a great bedside manner. Dr. Reynolds has come through for me too in my time of need. They use a multi-modal approach to their treatment regimen and explain everything to you. They are kind, compassionate, competent, and as accommodating as a group of mental professionals can be. I highly recommend them. They truly go above and beyond.

I have struggled with my mental health my entire life, I've had many therapist, psychiatrist, counselors and therapy.
