Great psychiatrist who, above all seems to really respect my intelligence and decisions. He suggests medications but always presents options--every medication change is accompanied by "don't just listen to me--go do you research." The sessions are really short (as with most psychiatrists). I do sometimes feel rushed, but he asks tons of questions and really truly listens to the answers--so I still feel like I'm getting adequate care. Practical, solution-oriented, supportive mental health care. Well-informed and medically current. Highly recommend.
Fantastic. Practical, common sense, knowledgable, extremely helpful. Really wants to see you get well. I wish all doctors could provide this type of caring service.
I was charged $70 for missing an appointment, despite having been a patient for 5+ years and not missing an appointment for multiple years. This office does not understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up and once in a while a missed appointment happens (you'd think a place with so many psychiatrists and therapists would understand this). I will not be returning here despite being a long-term patient of Dr. Picone's.
