Extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to retile my pool and was told the job would take just two days. That was over two weeks ago. They ran out of tile and promised to return the following Monday—no call, no show. When we followed up, they said Thursday. Thursday came, and still nothing. We Love our pool that David Pool & Spa built ! Lance and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and delivered a quality pool. After three years we are still very PLEASED with our salt water Fiberglass pool ! I did my research and Lance answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations!
They did a good job, but we had to ask them to come back and clean up and they didn’t do a very good job. Office staff is extremely unprofessional and owner is unresponsive. Ultimately, would not use again.
If I could give zero stars I would! They say 5-7 weeks to complete and it’s been almost 5 months and our slide doesn’t work, plumbing not done. Was included in our package and they want to charge us for it but not complete it. Excuse after excuse why it’s not done. Used google maps instead of actually measuring the property causing a misplacement of pool and messing up our backyard plans. We could not be more pleased with the whole David Pool and Spa crew!! They were so helpful throughout the entire process. From sitting down to discuss and plan what’s best for us and our yard, to the digging through layers of caliche in our backyard, carefully setting the liner down on a crazy windy day, concrete work, electrical work, and then helping us understand how our pool works when it was completed!
