I feel very comfortable with all the staff there, and the person at the front desk was very kind. My appointment with psychiatrist David at the Pasadena location started on time. During our session, I felt safe and able to express myself openly. David listened carefully and made me feel understood. He also communicates in a way that gives me hope and reassurance. I’ve called so many places and have been put on hold on to be disconnected or left messages only to be ignored. I called here and a very kind women answered the phone. She was very kind and helpful. I was shocked when she made the appointment for only 3 days after speaking to her. Not 3 months but 3 days! When I had my appointment with Dr David Vo I finally felt heard. Very easy interface with the online appt. Software works well and no glitches in comms or video feed. Dr. Vo is really nice and easy to talk to, very personable and not like a cold old school doctor, he’s very positive and I can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients.
Staff is very helpful and kind. Therapist was patient and caring which made talking to him easier.
