Overbooked appointments, so 1 dressing room for 4 girls to use. Then to get kicked out after an hour and to tell us to make another appointment. We have jobs and things going on. Not that easy to get everyone together. They don't have any sizes to try on. I don't feel comfortable buying a dress when the size I tried on was 4 sizes too big. I don't want to guess. Yes they have an alterations department, but why would I want to spend all that extra money when all I probably needed was to try on the correct sizes?

At the Mid Rivers, Missouri location they did not listen to my daughter in the style of dress she was looking for. The woman who had been assigned to help her bringing dresses that were frilly, full of sequins, or with lots of ruffles all on the highest end of price ($1,500.00) my daughter could afford. It took me 5 minutes to go to dresses and find what style my daughter specifically requested to look at and pick 2 dresses for her to try on to start with. 1st one, she loved and walked down isle in. Their no return policy is ridiculous. Had I known that, we would never have gone there
David's bridal sucks. They charge way too much and the women who work there are snobby and rude.
I love my girls at the David's Store in Fairlawn at Summit Mall! They are always so pleasant and take such good care of me! Now the one in Canton at Belden Villiage I will never go to again after how I was treated there. I spend too much money with Davids to be treated so poorly! They could learn a lesson from the girls at Summit Mall!
Terrible service in the alterations department. Would not recommend at all.
