If I could give this place a negative number I would. I heard from multiple sources this was an awful place to get bridesmaid dresses but we gave it a shot anyways. Completely awful. PLEASE PLEASE just go someplace else where they treat their customers with respect and someplace where they know what they're doing. Please.

Let me start this by saying that the gal I worked with today was very helpful and I know that this is not her fault. One of my bridesmaids got an email (in her spam folder) letting her know that her dress was in. She almost deleted the email because it was in her spam folder. When I called to check in on the other dresses, I was told that 3 of the dresses have been in since the 10th of January (that's 8 days ago). Very rude receptionist/ the first people you see when you walk in. Only two chairs to a bridal party even is elderly and handicapped are with. Waaaaaaay to focused on lines per invoice and not focusing on the bride. Too worried about getting that damn bell rang for a yes to a dress.

The first dress was the wrong color, they they then had me order a larger size since I felt the halter neck pulled. It turns out only the neck needed adjustment. They wanted to charge me $30 less than the cost of the dress for alterations instead of ordering me the right size. I'm glad that someone else is doing the alterations at a third of the price. Shady and will never give them my time of day again.
I wouldn't refer anyone. Too many mistakes made! !
We ordered two bridemaids dresses from The Grand Chute location, both were wrong. Luella was our useless employee that "helped us".
I will never buy anything from davids bridal again nor will I deal with them. Tonight was my last draw. Such rude people working, don't care about the customer, don't care about the quality of the dress people buy. And push out the door! Unreal!
