Wow! I went to the south store last weekend and had a horrendous experience. Came to the north store today and you wouldn't even know t was the same company! First, Jessie at the front desk was so accommodating! She squeezed me in last minute when she heard about my terrible experience (and the others I had at other boutiques in Austin earlier today). Tammy was amazing! My wedding is only two months away, I already had a dress but wasn't in love with it so I decided to make an appointment. I had specific things I wanted and she knew exactly what would make me happy! Got the very first dress she has me try on, I can't wait for my big day now!
