I went in yesterday I believe I worked with Alma? I'm not sure how to spell her name. I walked in with no idea what I wanted just some ideas of what I liked from walking around and looking at samples, I picked 3 dresses and she grabbed them all I tried on the first one and I had my moment I knew I had found my dress but she still let me try on others plus a last minute decision to try a mermaid type dress. First off I want to start by saying this David's Bridal has WONDERFUL customer service . I want to start with Matthew (I pray that's his name) I called to see if a dress was in stock that I've been dying to try on , it was a Friday and I'm sure they were very busy . He checked online to make sure it was in store but wanted to double check that they had it so he put me on hold , at that time he had so many customers so he told me he would have someone give me a call to make sure they had the dress in my size before I made the... read more
Every time we visit and purchase an item we have excellent service. Adrienne and James were amazing!!! Purchased wedding gown for my daughter and flower girl dress. Could not have had better service or selection!
Tammy and Jenny (manager) was amazing. They were so patient with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I came into the store thinking I was going to buy a ball gown dress, but Jenny, who is the manager, asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like about all the dresses I tried on and she came to me with a beautiful, mermaid slimming dress that had everything I wanted in a dress. Had an 3:30 Appt yesterday. Got there about 3:15 and was out of the store by 4:00 with dress, shoes, and a few other accessories. Erin was awesome in helping me make a selection. Every though the store was packed it was a great expierence and customer service was the best!! Thanks!
My experience wasn't all I expected it to be. I specifically made my appointment during the week to avoid busy traffic - which it was not busy at all, but what do you know of all consultants in the store mine was working with one other bride. My consultant seemed distracted, probably due to her other appointment...
