My daughter was supposed to have a maid of honor dress delivered today at the Woodlands, TX location, shipped from DC. She leaves tomorrow for the wedding. After calling multiple times today and being told that it hadn’t arrived yet she finally received a call from their Ops Manager saying that the corporate office canceled her dress without telling the store, or my daughter. They almost ruined my life over false accusations. Will NEVER shop there again. I hope they go out of business ASAP! I hope every single store closes down
The worst customer service, internet response time and dishonest information given to get you to place an online order and then tell you something completely different about shipping after you place the order. I cannot even get the virtual assistant to respond!

This place was awful. The service was awful and just the way they have treated me and my bridesmaids was awful. Will never recommend David’s bridal to any new bride.
