My experience was quick and efficient. Heather was great and she was able to help me with the entire process.
It was fast and easy. I did get poked by the needles quite a few times but other than that it was great service.
The customer service I received from the Alterations department was phenomenal! The seamstress was patient and precise with her measurements on my dress!
So kind, quick, and knowledgeable .
Kate and Chardonnay were the absolute best. I am very loyal to David's Bridal primarily for the unmatched level of customer service I receive every single time. The store is always pristinely clean, and I always look forward to going!
