Donna was amazing tonight. I purchased a dress last week from there but I was having second thoughts about it because it didn't feel perfect. Donna assisted me in picking out another style gown. So, I'll be 100% honest. The woman who helped me find a dress wasn't the best fit for me; still though I found a gown. She was helpful, but I almost felt pushed around. My first alteration appointment was with another woman; although she was okay, she also wasn't what I would consider warm and friendly. From the moment I came in I was helped and I had no intention on buying a dress. I just wanted to look and know what size I fit. Jessica helped me and was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and knew just what I was looking for. I left the store but a dress that was a smoking deal! Thank you Jessica for all your help! Your awesome!
The whole experience was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Jessica was AWESOME! She knows her stuff and was so incredibly sweet. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I was able to find my perfect dress very quickly. Overall a wonderful and memorable experience for my entire group. Without question going back to see Jessica when it's time for bridesmaids dresses.
I had an appointment for my bridal party this weekend which I was worried was going to be too busy for any stylist to devote the proper amount of time to us. Their website even warned me that my stylist would be helping two brides at the same time. Well I was pleasantly surprised because not only did we receive one on one attention but I even got to try on bridal dresses which we had not set aside time for.
