She did great and was very sweet I just don’t think I should of paid 100 bucks for alterations.
Sophie was very nice & very friendly. She was quick & thorough getting my alterations done. And addressed all my alteration needs.
This was my daughter’s 3rd fitting for her wedding dress. Kate & Flor were so wonderful!!!! The other 2 experiences weren’t the greatest, it wasn’t a very positive experience for us. With Kate & Flor, my daughter felt very comfortable & valued. Kate did a wonderful job on the alterations & made sure my daughter was completely satisfied. Flor was very helpful showing me how to bustle the train & noticing that it needed to come up a little more.
The minute I walked in the door staff was immediately attentive. Chardonnay was amazing in helping me find a dress. I am critical on myself and she was very encouraging and gave her honest opinion. I need my dress within a week and (Sophia) the alteration expert had everything under control. She had me fitted and ready in less than an hour. Sophia and Chardonnay were amazing and very helpful and understanding.
