Recently went in to pick out my wedding dress. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant than Jeff. He assisted us with everything and made the whole process easier for us. Jeff is the best!

The rep that assisted me name was Alexis. She was awesome! She took her time to look for designs I was interested in and answered all my questions. I said "Yes to the Dress" to the first dress I tried on. I was so excited that I found my dress so quickly. I was just going in to look around. Extraordinary Service was given. The only issue I had was that the management team was walking around making negative comments about the sales rep that was assisting me. I thought it was very unprofessional. Were able to pick out the dresses that my girls liked. Just seemed like our consultant had too many brides and bridesmaid at one time. She was pulled in different directions.

The ladies in the alterations dept were wonderful. They were all so friendly and helpful. The seamstress Ruqia that altered the bridesmaids dresses for our bridal party did an exceptional job. Nothing but positive words for everyone in the department.
I went in stressed out I needed a last min wedding dress the young lady told me I wasn’t leaving there without a dress and I didn’t she searched high and low . The staff was so friendly and they did everything in their power so I could ring that bell with all smiles I had the greatest experience ever
my experience in this was very special the person who took care of his name Jeffrey Allen a wonderful person from the beginning understood what I wanted and also was my support since that day came from another store that I do not recommend I made a total fraud with my dress that I had chosen since January the lady was fooling me all this time (Mary's Bridal Boutique) never go there; and I did not have a dress, I got married on September 9 and I'm very sorry I did not go to Davis Bridal before, but thank God I have the dress ... read more
