The store it's self has a good selection but I am disappointed with the service. My bridal consultant did not listen to anything I said and I found my self and my party repeating what I wanted in a gown. I also told my consultant that I was getting overwhelmed but she didn't listen and kept bring more styles that I did not like. But I was able to find my bridesmaid dresses, without the help of the consultant, and found my dress elsewhere so I am still happy with the outcome.

After having anxiety dreams and feeling generally ambivalent about the original dress I chose, I finally decided to try again (by myself instead of with an entourage). Jewell was fantastic, and she was genuinely interested in our wedding plans, which helped her to understand what kind of look I really wanted. I finally have *THE* dress, and I have all those feelings that people say you should have about your dress. I'm so excited (and not anxious) for my fiance to see me on our wedding day. Jewell really is a jewel! She and Jeanne helped me find the perfect way to customize my dress, and Jewell busted buns to find all the extras that made my dress exactly what I wanted. She's got a great sense of humor that puts you right at ease, and her style is impeccable. I'm sad I'm already done all my shopping so I don't have an excuse to go back and see her again!

Just went in to get a bridesmaid dress, and unfortunately the dresses I had fallen in love with wouldn't be in by the wedding date. So Jewell did everything she could to help me find something and make my order. Well I ended up being able to get the original dress I wanted and Jewell was so dedicated in helping me find something. I went here not expecting to find my dress and not really expecting to have a good time due to body conscious issues. I brought a group of 5 with me, my bridesmaids and my future mother in law. The lady at the welcome desk was so happy and cheery it definitely helped set the tone! She placed me with Chelsea.
