Heather was my consultant and she was AMAZING! I'm not just saying that because we share a name. She was on top of things. The manager also came by multiple times to check on us. The entire experience was great and I had a fun time with my friends and family. Heather really knows what she's doing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a good (stress free) time dress shopping.
Great place and great people! Can't imagine why anyone would give this place a bad review. I had such a great experience here as a bride that I applied to work there. And it's the best job I've ever had!
Booked my appointment online and when I got to the store the consultant told me that they were over booked and that it was going to be a thirty minute wait but the consultant Jasmine took really good care of us I knew what I wanted to try on before I got there so that made my appointment run smoothly so I found the dress and I can't wait til the day
I went today with my mother to find her Mother of the Bride dress and we had a phenomenal experience! We were greeted and directed to the right section right away! The ladies who helped us throughout the process today were amazing!

Everyone was so friendly. I'm surprised at some of the reviews . I called ahead earlier in the week to make sure the dress I wanted to try on was in the store in my size. It was so made an appointment . Heather helped me today and I couldn't have asked for a better person . She knows her stuff .
