I had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The service was great and the employees were knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions.
Thoughtful employees who listened to our wants and questions! We NEVER felt rushed or as if we were just a number. Expectations were exceeded!
After having my dress for a month, I tried it on. Unfortunately, it did not fit like the one in the store because it had not been worn by anyone. I took the dress back and was measured. The manager was super nice about exchanging it for me.

I enjoyed working with someone to help me find the perfect dress. The dress I tried on in the store was the PERFECT fit! However, I was told that they did not have the matching veil in stock. I ordered the dress, the veil, and the shoes. When I picked up the dress there was no veil so they sent me home with one. It turns out they did have it in stock so now I have to return a veil. Stacey was great!! She did a fantastic job for the bridal fitting. For the bridesmaids fitting she had another customer plus us, so she had to bounce between rooms. I didn't like that. It was chaotic, confusing, and unproductive.
