Alex was amazing to have involved with my special shopping day. Came in casually and didn’t expect to find “the dress” but with the calm demeanour of Alex and her no pressure approach I found THE DRESS! The whole team was welcoming, ensured our comfort and worked with us effortlessly

From buying my wedding dress to the alterations everything here was amazing. There was a small hiccup with alterations that they were very quick to correct. With such an emotional purchase it’s nice to have people who are kind and understanding throughout the process.
