Alex is an absolute gem to work with! She is very personable and cheerful. I could tell she is very knowledgeable and really enjoys helping others. As the bride, visiting from out of town with my mom, Alex's warming presence made me feel more at ease when choosing something for my big day, I felt super comfortable and not at all pressured.
