I went in to Davids Bridal to find a formal gown and had to buy off the rack. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Helpped me to narrow down my choices. They were so kind and complementary. Its very handy they do alterations as well. Selection was great too!

Amazing customer service! Rima was amazing we walked in and she knew what we wanted and directed us to the right gowns! Jennifer went above and beyond to help us find the gowns in our colours and sizes, called multiple stores to find the pair of shoes I wanted. Jennifer was very patient and kind as my mother and I like to talk! Olivia A. Helped me out when I came in on a spur of moment decision. She professionally juggled multiple clients while making both of us feel well taken care of. I also just want to shout out all of the staff, who were so friendly and accommodating. I also want to thank Susan in alterations so much for taking the time out of what I’m sure is a busy schedule to discuss alterations options and making great suggestions on bra options. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back!!!!
