Very dissapointed in the service provided here. After purchasing my dream dress, myself along with my wedding party has had nothing but issues. Problems ranging from none of my bridesmaids information being imputed into the system after hours of sizing and debating on dress, false advertising of prices, to them "forgetting" to order my veil. Although the dresses are beautiful, given a do-over I would go elsewhere for a better bridal experience.
This experience at David's bridal was great. I had a better experience looking for a ball gown then I did when I was looking for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses which is sad. But the stylist Britt was amazing when I went yesterday with my daughter, husband and dad. She was very helpful and patient.
Not very pleased. I received a phone call my dress was ready for pickup. I went to my alteration appt. Sat there for 20 minutes for them to tell me my dress haven't even arrived. I was told that they tried to call me the day before and received a busy signal. How do you get a busy signal on a cell phone? I'm not sure. Never heard that one before. I was fairly upset when I left. You'd think if they couldn't get through on the phone (for whatever reason) you would try the next day, you know? The day of my appt. which I had sch... read more
Store was nicely laid out and easy to look through. Consultant was nice but did not ask budget and could not pull the dresses I wanted to try as they did not have all sizes in stock. This wasn't the best place for a plus sized bride (especially one on a budget). I do appreciate the friendly staff but this store should update their stock more often.
I called to reschedule my appointment for a few hours later than planned, and the girl I spoke to said they were slow and to not worry about it -- That to just come in when I can. My appointment was for 1:30pm and we came in around 3pm. No one greeted us so we just looked around. When I was ready to try on dresses, I found a person to ask for a fitting room. Don't ever order online from this company. Horrible, Horrible return and exchange policy's! No customer service what so ever! I had to pretty much demand good service over the phone, and then it was given with attitude! I ordered a bustier for my dress fitting, did not fit at all the sizing was all off. Refused to return in store, even though they had the product. They will charge to to mail back a wrong size or exchange, and they will try and make you pay full price and then refund you after. David's Bridal had to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to work with!!!! They were the worst part of my whole wedding experience!!!!! Don't ever go there unless you would like to be disappointed!!!!!!!! They felt that because they made errors in what they told me and what they charged me that it was supposed to be my problem no you f up you should fix it and make an effort to make things better not stay the same and tell me I should be happy....... I will never recommend David's bridal to ANYONE; not even my worst enemy! I was called to pickup my 2 bridesmaids dresses, when I returned The call I was told 1 of the 2 dresses mysteriously been picked up (not by my wedding party) once I was able to clarify that my MOH had NOT picked up her dress (like David's bridal said she had) I called them back to "get to the bottom of things" after 30 minutes on hold I was told they had her dress in store and I could come pick it up at my earliest convenience...a week later I received... read more
