The staff that greets you at the door are rude. I was told by 4 different employee's that they had a special going on for no interest for 12 months. Well come to find out it was only 6 months and that special didn't start until today! Someone needs to get their damn story straight!
whatever you do DO NOT buy your wedding dress at DAVIDS BRIDAL they are scam artist! They sold me a stained dress and when I mentioned something to them about it they told me not to worry it would get taken care of during alterations I was still very upset and they told me it would be cleaned for free! Now they are refusing to clean my dress and stating sense I won’t get it altered they won’t clean it!! Never again will I recommend anyone one to them!!! They are the worst and have terrible customer service End rant
I spent $150.00 On a dress at the time the associate told me the ziper was damaged on the trail because so many people try them on. 30 min before pictures at the wedding the zipper on my dress would not go past the waistband. We tried everything, finally had to destroy the dress and get sewn into It! Huge waste of money, very disappointed.
I heard a davids bridal commercial on the radio and it reminded how much I hated my experience at the location in Happy Valley. They were great UNTIL I bought my dress on their credit card which was awful and another story. Once I got my dress they completely dismissed me and future appointments, I made appointments for my bridesmaids and when they showed up we were not greeted by a friendly face but more of an irritated worker. My daughter is getting married this month. I live in Kansas. I tried a dress on there and ordered it from the happy valley store. The first problem was that when the sales girl in Kansas called to order the dress in Oregon she wasn't given the commission for helping me. When I gave my credit card over the phone I asked about the commission. She said "well if she wanted it ran that way then she should have said it at the beginning of the conversation". Prom 2017- My daughter found her dress and loved it until 45 minutes before she was to leave for prom when the zipper broke (not away from the seam, but split and separated). I called David’s Bridal and talked to Teala the manager about the mortifying experience. Her offer to rectify the situation was to offer us a 10% "damage" refund and to replace the zipper on a dress that my daughter will never wear again. Our experience was horrific. We were put in a dressing room and forgotten about. My personal information was left out on a clip board on a chair and forgotten about. I was so busy helping my mom get in and out of her dresses that my daughters who were in the dressing room next to us gave up and wanted to leave. We ended up leaving frustrated. The sales rep never came back to check on us even after I specifically asked her to help my daughter. If I could give a -0 I would.
I had a great experience with the people who helped me pick out my dress and helped with the first alterations appointment. However, they lost me at my second alterations appointment. As the associate brought out my dress she dragged over half of it on the floor. Seeing my horrified expression she lifted the dress up about two inches.
