Ok, so last minute call to the Clearwater, FL store & spoke with with Lori (so kind), followed by last minute appointment (on line = so easy!), then met the AmyCaitlin Finch and the sweet ladies from the Alterations Team!!! Found a dress in under an hour-ONLY because of Amycaitlin. She then helped us with meeting the alterations team & then reserved the dress. Overall my experience today was very positive. Although the young lady that assisted me said that she had not worked there for very long, I could tell she was trying her best, she was very helpful and she was taking everything in and learning from the experience of working with different brides, families and personalities. She was extremely polite and professional in helping me in and out of a LOT of dresses. My suggestions for improvement relate to the store setup itself. Today was a crazy busy day. I said yes to the dress at David's Bridal yesterday and I could not be happier! As a plus size woman (size 24/26), I was so stressed out and worried about finding the perfect dress without having to settle for something just because it fit. David's Bridal had so many dresses for me to try on and the stylist that helped me, Amycaitlin, was so comforting, attentive, and kind! Anne, who was the bridal consultant who helped us was very helpful and accommodating.
I had such a great experience today. The stylist we had, Christina was absolutely wonderful. She picked out some wonderful dresses for me to try on. I showed her a picture of a wedding dress I saw online that I absolutely loved, however they no longer had it so she went and found me some similar styles. One of them was absolutely perfect. After buying the dress, she even stayed with us for an additional hour to help us look at bridesmaid dresses and colors. Thank you for all of your help Christina!
My daughter and I went prom dress shopping and had an amazing experience and found a beautiful dress. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
