Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit! Kelly was incredible!!! I had an amazing experience because of her. She knew just what dresses to pull for me to try on. She also gave me tips on shoes and jewelry styling. Without her I wouldn't have found my dream dress.
I didn't have an appointment and walked in. They had no stylist available but by some miracle made it work. They found me a room and I worked with Hannah who is brand new. You would not think this was her first week. She was AMAZING. The managers Liz and Shayla were fantastic and made me feel like a princess. I had two appointments scheduled for dress shopping and a strict budget that I was trying to follow. I had searched David's Bridal website for dresses I would like to try on. My consultant helped me find the ones I had saved as well as let me look for other ones I wanted to try on. She was very helpful with trying them on, and was super conscious of my budget. Went with my niece to pick out her wedding dress. I can’t say enough about the staff...friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and many beautiful dresses to choose from.
I went in today to exchange my dress for a smaller size and my 2nd experience at the Fairview heights location was as great as the first one. I got a wonderful woman named Jane she helped we with everything I needed from my exchange to the accessories for special day. I went into David's Bridal for a fitting today. Janice worked with me. I can tell you that I have never had such a nice fitting experience. She was so kind, patient, and willing to help me any way she could. She was very professional, but she was also easy to talk to about how the dress fit. She made me feel better about all of my insecurities, and I trust that she will have my dress altered without any problems. I am so thankful I got to work with Janice today.
