Stopped in for a “first impression” run with my mother and Kelly was AMAZING! She really helped me figure out my style and made me feel so comfortable. We will be asking for her on our future visits! The experience overall was a fantastic one, I highly recommend!!
Went to just look around, and the person helping me out today (kelly) was so friendly and helpful. She helped me find the perfect dress even when I wasn't sure of the style!
Im in a wedding 3weeks from now. I was so depressed because my dress was not fitting right at all. It was going to be $200 to fix it the right way. This store made a decision to go ahead and order me another dress! 😰. I am sooooo happy now. They took a huge stress ball that sat on my shoulders for the last few days. The manager and staff there are great!
My experience was such fun. Rachael W. was careful to listen to my requests and stay within those. She was encouraging and honest. We even got to meet Cindy, who made the decision even easier without added pressure. I’m proud the “our” wedding party did business with David’s in Fairview Heights.
Went in a few days ago with my bridesmaids, my consultant Aimee again was awesome!!! She made some great suggestions about colors and fabrics, and gave me ideas that I had not previously thought of. I was completely thrilled with the services that were provided. I got all of my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress ordered. Thank you for having a great selection!
I am getting married in 3 weeks and with that short dead line I figured I would just zip in and out of the David's bridal and work my way through it on my own. Instead I was placed with Rachel W who was a god send.
