My second bridal appointment was last night. The staff at David's has been wonderful, especially Deb and Wendy. They have been so patient and encouraging to me. I'm a plus sized woman who is recovering from chemotherapy, so my energy level isn't great. But they have made me feel beautiful and I am excited about my September wedding. I haven't chosen my dress yet, but I have a couple in mind I really like. Sometimes you need 2nd and 3rd dates to know you've found the right one! Thank you, David's. I'll be back!
I had tried on dresses at other locations, but the customer service at the Florence location went above and beyond. Wendy made my shopping experience one of the best I've ever had. She made sure I found the perfect fit and that I was confident in my purchase.
It was honestly the best experience. Donna helped us, and she was amazing. I went in with not a real idea of what I wanted, and I just explained to her the theme of my wedding and she picked out some dresses that she thought I might like and she absolutely nailed it. I found "the one" at David's Bridal in Florence! My consultant Donna Hooper was AMAZING! She was so sweet and so patient! I had no idea what I wanted so I had to try on all different styles, and she didn't mind at all! She was so patient and so sweet! She made my experience so memorable and she really cared about what I wanted and was so helpful! I recommend Donna Hooper she was so awesome!
