I was with my niece, Elizabeth McLucas for a fitting. I have never been so impressed with anyone as I was Alice in alterations. She has the kindest personality and was more than willing to do whatever it took to make the bride very happy. I hope she is the person who does these alterations as I can tell she loves her clientele and she lives to see that happy and satisfied smile on her bride’s her face. I would recommend the Florence David’s Bridal To anyone looking for everything from regular formal wear, accessories, wedding attire. Thank you Alice for your kindness. Teresa

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE PERFECT EXPERIENCE! The manager Heidi, and new hire Noni exceeded customer service expectations! I made an appointment due to losing 30+ lbs and was unsure about the dress I purchased prior to an initial visit at another David's Bridal location. Heidi was super sweet and wonderful to work with. From the initial phone call to checking out, no one could ask for better service. To ensure I got the best deal, I signed up for the program she suggested and she even went above to fix a tailoring issue regarding my fiance's suit that occurred from a scheduling issue. Thanks so much for taking the time to ensure everything is perfect!

Marissa at the Florence location is amazing!! She’s very patient, knowledgeable and super sweet! She helped my daughter pick out the perfect wedding dress and helped me today pick out my mother of the bride dress! I highly recommend her!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! My stylist Sarah H was so amazing and sweet. She was patient with not just me but also my mom and my four year old daughter. I can’t say enough good things about her!!!!
