I ordered a dress as the mother of the groom at the request of the bride. My dress came in shortly after I had major knee surgery, making it impossible for me to pick up my dress. No problem. The bride was going with her bridesmaids to order their dresses. Problem. The dress the bride picked out for the bridesmaids did not come in the color/sizes needed for the bridesmaids. Kelly was very patient and friendly. She made several suggestions on different seams to best accommodate the dress style. She was very professional and we shared some laughs too.
Stacy was very kind and helpful! She helped make suggestions to different dress styles and helped us temporarily clip them as needed. We were very haply with our experience. When we come back, we will definitely ask for Stacy!
On Jan 31, 2023, I made a purchase at a San Antonio DB via Affirm, and within 4-5 days (The return policy window) I returned the dress to a local DB here in Houston, Texas. A store manager processed the return and took the dress back and I had to scan in the virtual card I made the affirm purchase on originally. Here it is April 19th, and I am still making payments because the Affirm company states DB has not processed my refund. I have called the store multiple times to verify the return was made, and I am getting nowhere. ... read more
