Olivia was very helpful with finding the dresses I'd like to try on and making a few suggestions of others to try based on what I told her I'd prefer. She was also helpful with opinions. Within 45min I'd tried on many dresses in different styles and ordered what I needed for my friend's wedding, making this a very efficient and easy process for me.

When I made the phone call to let them know we were going to be late due to bad weather and very slick roads; the lady on the phone was not pleasant at all. Our consultant was very nice and helpful!

Linda and Zaryn in alterations are AMAZING! Zaryn is so calm and kind. She is also very knowledgeable. Linda is an amazing seamstress. She was very patient, answered all my questions and was able to fix what seemed to be an impossible situation with my MOG dress (which I had bought at a different store). She took so much time helping me, never rushed me, and had a solution to every thing that needed to be altered. The dress ended up looking great!
