I have been to David's Bridal in Greenwood, Indiana 3 times. Twice for myself, and today for my daughter. Caitlin my consultant is always awesome. Great customer service.
I loved it I found the dress � that I was looking for and the stylist that helped me was amazing too she was the best I had a great time picking my dress � I would tell everyone to go there their super nice
My experience was excellent! I made an appointment to get sized for my bridesmaid dress on Monday and went in that evening. Amy Pride was there at the door and she was quick to find the dress for me and get the correct size. The original color I had been given was out of stock and both Amy and the manager worked with me to find a solution that would come in on time. Both of them were life-savers and I can breath easy now that I know it's ordered! Thank you ladies!
I have truly enjoyed this process from beginning to (almost) end. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I was not ready for. I worked with Sydney (who no longer works there, super sad!) and she was amazing. I came in and did not have an appointment (oops) but they still took care of me in a timely fashion. I made an appointment over the phone, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived a few min early and looked around, we had tried on about 100 prom dresses in total. Amy Pride was our consultant, she was absolutely awesome!!!!! We explained that we tried on our own to find dresses with no luck. Amy said can I go pick out a few that I think would be a good fit, we said yes, the choices Amy came back with were nothing like we had tried on before.
