Had the most pleasant experience this morning after shopping at David's bridal on upper Wentworth in Hamilton. Took my granddaughter to shop for her school formal. We were instantly greeted by the staff and was explaining all our options including sale prices. Our sales consultant Olivia helped my granddaughter with any issues she had. This is the third time we have bought a dress there and will continue going back.

Hello All, I purchased my dress April 8 2023. My consultant Maddie (with the cool tattoos) was amazing! She helped me navigate what could have been an emotionally stressful day without my late mother. She picked the perfect dress (it has pockets and was on sale!!) and accessories. She made me feel so special and beautiful and she even stayed past her shift to help complete my purchase. The managers on duty, Fallon and Taylor I believe, were great too! The customer service was fantastic and they were able to accommodate my very rushed request as my first option fell through a week before my weddings. Maha was so helpful to get it fitted perfectly for me and also made suggestions to my sister about how to tie and fit the corset of my dress. Thanks so much with all the help

The whole team at DB was so kind and attentive in helping me find the perfect dress. Special thanks to Maha and the rest of the alterations team. My dress needed multiple adjustments and changes - adding lace to cover the back and inner lining. We had multiple visits but it was well worth it. We always felt like we were taken care of and in good hands. The attention to detail was incredible. Seams were hidden, and everything looked cohesive like it was from the manufacturer.
