I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Brynn! She was very helpful in finding my wedding dress! She was very nice and listened to everything that I said about what I liked or didn’t like. She was patient with me on my final decision of which dress was perfect! She gave me suggestions that were also very helpful. Overall I had a wonderful experience!

As long as you’re prepared for the shop to be busy, shopping for the dress with an assistant is good. My sister and mom were there too, who helped with my decision. Walter did all of my alterations and he was magnificent!!!! Super helpful with suggestions and just down right fantastic, nailed every change and request to make my dress even more gorgeous than I imagined!!

I can honestly say my first experience there about 15 years ago was amazing. My sister who got married last year her experience wasn’t so good. But when I went ( yes again lol) I had an amazing experience. Then changed my mind on my dress the other day. I was very worried to change things bc I knew it would be a hassle but they couldn’t have been nicer and made me feel not so bad about doing this. Tonight was perfect and I found the best dress for me! I love it. I’m completely forever greatful for their help today!

I went to the 82nd street store and worked with a girl who’s name starts with a J! I can’t remember her name, and I’m a horrible client because I lost her card, but I remember that she was from Africa! She was AMAZING! She catered to exactly what I wanted and was super professional the entire time! Not the kind of “fake” personalities you see from a lot of people in retail. Very friendly, down to earth, and honest! I had a great experience today!!! Londra helped us, and she was a joy to work with. They were extremely busy when we arrived, and she was able to manage a bride she was finishing up with and us all at the same time. I said yes to the dress!!! 💙❤️💜

I was so nervous to go dress shopping, but when we arrived at David’s Bridal the staff was friendly and bubbly. The girl who helped me was Rachele (sp?) she was so nice and very knowledgeable! She helped me find my dream dress!
