I had by far the best experience today at the Indy location. I called ahead due to last minute change of plans for ordering bridesmaid dresses. Once I got there I was measured, fitted and ordered the dress I called about. The whole process was easy and quick! The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and made this whole last minute decision enjoyable! She was wonderful!

I am giving this place four starts because I was really upset at first and thanks to one employee (Chelsea I believe lol I'm bad at names) made it all better. The bridesmaid dress that was picked out didn't come in the size I was measured at and I told them I wanted to try something like it on and I had two employees (one that was ordering the dresses from the warehouse and another (I don't know her name) Asian woman that said she was in the process of becoming a manager told me multiple times I needed to lose 50 pounds to f... read more

Everyone here is so amazingly nice! I went twice and had the same consultant, Tammy, who made the process of choosing a dress easy and enjoyable. She listened to what I liked but also gave her suggestions which included the dress I said yes to! I would have never have thought to try the dress on so I’m incredibly thankful she pulled that dress. I could still be looking for my dress! I’ve shopped for several wedding dresses (for myself, for others), and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. A small group of us went to help a friend choose her wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, the manager, Ashley, made us feel like we belonged there. I know for a fact that they had some electronic system issues AND they were short staffed, but you never would have know it. I had the most amazing experience at David's Bridal! My bridal consultant, Kelsey was so wonderful and helped me pick my dream dress! She really listened to my desires, and helped me pick a gorgeous dress that was absolutely perfect! The girl who helped me was very patient. I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding that is out of state and the bride wanted all of us to have the same color but different dresses so she had to look up which dresses they ordered so I didn’t get the same one. I had dresses picked out that I wanted to try on from looking at the website. And she found all of them for me and was sure to check in to make sure everything was OK.
