As a retail manager at a specialty boutique, I suggest the manager at the David’s Bridal Regency, receive updated customer service training. It’s easy to get burnt out when you’ve been working on a position such as his for a few years. Clearly, he no longer understands or appreciates the value in customer satisfaction. I'll start off by stating our appt for my sister was fabulous. Our bridal assistant was great. My sister found the dress of her dreams and then we found out her dress was discontinued and she was offered the sample dress(which who knows how many times it's been tried on) but because that's the one she loved she went for it.
