Jax was absolutely amazing today for my family and I. The convenience of having a specialist spot to go to is great. But the people aren't knowledgeable about the big picture. They constantly keep asking when your event date is but they don't use it. I found a pants suit; sold separately. Jacket was a little snug, top was loose and pants were too big. They took measurements and suggested that I keep the jacket, they'll order the top and pants per measurements.
