Recently, David’s bridal helped my daughter find a bridesmaid’s dress. From the moment we walked into the store we felt welcomed. Pam (at the front) immediately greeted us and offered to assist us and as we began looking at dresses, our sales associate was just as helpful and welcoming. Thank you David’s Bridal—I look forward to shopping here again in the future.
The service here is awesome! Harmony was exceptional in helping my daughter select the perfect prom dress. Whitney was helpful in getting the final order situated so that the dress would be ready in time for the event. The selection is the best I have seen and prices are reasonable.
Finding my dress was amazing, staff all helpful and made the experience more meaningful. I will say I feel like they sell you a bigger dress just get alteration. Also when ordering my girls dresses was first told could not be ordered in time, a month later was told of course you can order them now that you have stressed for a month.

Today a friend and I went shopping for prom dresses. We had visited 4 stores before coming here and left each of them disappointed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles. Harmony was the lady that helped up with dresses, shoes, and jewelry. She was absolutely incredible. She made both of us feel great and she was more than helpful. We both walked out with two beautiful dresses!
Great experience with Corinne at David’s Bridal on Kingston pike. If you are looking for someone that can show you your perfect dress ask for her when you set up your appointment. She is very polite and and very helpful. I will be back and will absolutely only deal with her. Thank you Corinne.
RecommendedI was apprehensive about going back to a davids bridal after my experience at the Chattanooga location. Luckily, my consultant Arilia was so wonderful. She brought me dresses from the top of my budget all the way down to the $99 dresses. 10 dresses later, I found the one. She was patient and so helpful. Even when I asked to try on the last two a second time each. I couldn't be happier with the service I received in this store.
