I loved my consultation. That being said, I did have a terrible first experience at Davids Bridal. And I was Scheduled with A specific lady who pawned me off. Which is extremely rude. But!!! That was the best thing to happen ever because then I met my consultant Rykkel!! She's so sweet and understanding, is patient if you're stressed or lost. I came in with my mom, sister, nana, grandma and aunt to find my wedding dress. I already found online what I thought would be the dress of my dreams. The girls name I had was Zelna and she was absolutely amazing. Very nice and knew her stuff. Made my experience wonderful. She pulled a couple dresses for me to try on and left "the one" until last. Then the tears came and I knew that it was my dress. I would highly recommend Zelna for anyone wedding dress shopping.

I bought my dress in August and had it fitted in april I went from a 6-3 the dress was full lace.....at the Langley location Amy did an amazing job and you cant even tell that the dress is altered thank you so much for making an emotional experience magaical!

I bought my dress at another location and brought it in for alterations. The seamstress was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is the cost of alterations which will basically double the price of an already expensive dress and they are relatively minor in scope. Other reviews mention how crowed the store is and they are right about this. I was the first appointment in the morning and an hour later you literally could hardly move about in the store.

I bought a size 6 dress on sale and was told that they could make it fit me perfectly (I'm a size 00) for a good price that she offered at the time, otherwise I wouldn't buy that gorgeous dress. At the day of the alterations, one of the tailors (not the same one I met when I bought the dress) said that it was impossible, that I should return the dress (but it was final sale!!!). Amazing Service! Shanaz is a fantastic manager! The most comforting, understanding person. I could feel how much she genuinely wanted to make this right. Mahnaz alterations specialist!! If for some reason the alterations don't come out as expected, don't freak (like me). Let her know what the problem is, and trust she will fix the problem and do right by you.
