My bridesmaids and I had the most wonderful experience at David's today! We arrived early and were graciously greeted and invited to look through bridemaid dresses while our consultant finished her appointment. Our consultant was wonderful, extremely friendly, and sized my girls perfectly - since we were encouraged to look at dresses early, the girls that were sized were able to start trying dresses on right away, wasting zero time! Kiana was incredibly amazing working with the two mothers and 4 bridesmaids. We found all of our bridesmaids dresses and our brides full attire for her wedding day. I had a fantastic experience at this location.. I was looking for a dress to wear for my pre-wedding shoot and I was very pleased with the service and feedback I received from the ladies. Kay, was the person who I personally worked with and I found her to be honest and very humble. I would definitely visit again!
I highly recommend going to David’s Bridal! They have the best customer service I have ever had - very helpful and always there to make sure you get what you’re looking for! I bought my wedding dress here and it was such an amazing experience - they make you feel like a princess and are there to help all your dress dreams come true! Operations Manager, Shanaz Nuruddin was so kind and always made her self available to answer questions and give a word of encouragement. Definitely a 5-star bridal shop!
5 starts to Brenda and the other consultants and managers at the Langley, BC location! I went in last night with my future MIL, tried on so many wedding dresses. I felt like I had lost. I wasn’t finding anything that I loved. I like different parts of several dresses but not in its entirety. I began to dislike the whole wedding dress shopping like when you go jeans shopping. I had a great experience at Davids bridal with Wendy and the manager Christine. Wendy let me try on as many dresses needed to find the right one. I ended up getting one Wendy picked out for me. Wendy figured out what i liked and didnt like from the fits i picked out and recommended me one that i ended up getting.
