Went in to try on a specific bridesmaid dress with the bride. Brittany caught us and immediately stopped to help us. She found my perfect dress in the perfect size for me … but then when trying to check us out turns out the website & tablet glitched and the dress is unavailable… but Brittany didnt stop - she tried her hardest by reaching out to customer service, asking managers help, and assisting us with other options. Brittany was amazing today! She helped me so much this evening, we went over the appointment time and she stayed patient with me and continued to help me. From grabbing sashes, veils, jewelry, a mermaid slip to add fabric.. Brittany was awesome! She was super easy to work with, and listened to every detail I gave her. I’m thankful for her help and support this evening.
