RecommendedI walked in and they made it happen for me! I had ordered a dress online from Amazon and tried it on that morning and was devastated. We tried David’s Bridal and they were all sweet and accommodating. The manager was amazing and helped me make all my choices with a smile. Yay! I even rang the bell!

Although a very good friend experienced very poor customer service (even with an appointment) two years ago when looking for a dress for her son's wedding, I thought I'd try the store on a weekday to see if I could find a dress for my nephew's wedding. I lucked out when I was helped by DORIS 🌺 I gave her some guidelines for colors, sleeves, etc., described my figure and areas I was wanting to highlight and not highlight...she didn't even ask my size or measurements, and she chose four dresses for me to try, and all of them ... read more

My consultant Theresa was Great! She made this a memory a great one. She actually is the one that picked out the dress I ended up getting too 😊 I highly recommend anyone to go get their dress there!
5 Stars Excellent customer service from the time you walk into the store to the time you leave. Alterations staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when fitting my daughter for he gown. Sabrina helped me find the right dress for my daughters wedding during one visit and on a second visit she helped two of our bridesmaids find the perfect dress. I will be sure to recommend this location to family and friends.

Selina and her team were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout my appointment. Jacqueline Rojas provided great customer service. She greeted, respected, engaged, assisted, and answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me find a formal dress in a matter of minutes and thanks to her and David Bridal’s team, I have a dress for my destination event.
