Sylvia was wonderful! she made my appointment so much easier and less stressful. She truely listened about my likes and dislikes, found gowns that I wouldn't have picked out but were absolutely stunning. Overall, she made a stressful situation for me, a fun experience and if I need any fancy dresses in the future I will be requesting her help!

We went to the Lubbock store for my Daughter’s dress. She purchased one and when it came in she decided it rubbed her and made a rash so we went back and exchanged it. They were always so loving and patient with us. They made sure she was taken great care of and happy with her dress, and the jumpsuit she purchased for her reception. I absolutely loved working with them and would highly recommend the Lubbock store and working with the sweet ladies there!
