My experience in the alterations was very pleasant. It was quick, friendly and easy. I was helped by Veronica which wonderfully kept a conversation with me and was very professional.

Alterations dept. had great service. Listened to customer's needs. Also, took me in 2hours early to my scheduled appointment per request on the same day.

Very punctual, we were taken right away and had great service. Semita was very kind and professional and answered all of our questions while making pleasant conversation. She was very efficient and we would recommend her to other customers.
My experience at Davids Bridal was great. Everything was easy to find and the woman who did my alterations was nice and clear about scheduling and the alterations themselves. Her name is Nghi Dao.
