Wasn't impressed with the lady they put with us, but loved the manager who came over and helped/checked on our bride...
First time I went in was beginning of August and it was just to look around for dresses and a flower girl dress for my daughter. As soon as my mother and i walked into the store with my 2 year old we were greeted nicely and helped immediately and I was able to try on a few dresses and explain my likes and dislikes. Even tho my 2 year ild started to get restless and scream, the employees had a lot of patients and understanding and helped wrap up the appointment so we could leave per my request. My experience was great. Everyone was pleasant. The best part for me was my dress did not need any alterations. All I needed was some buttons for the bussel.
I had a hard time fitting into the dress I ordered a few months back. I was worried because this was the second size I ordered. I was feeling defeated, but the lady I worked with had such a can-do attitude that it helped relieve the stress I felt. She helped me stay calm, have fun, and figure out my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. It was truly a memorable experience!
Had a wonderful time yesterday helping my daughter look for her wedding dress. Our assistant was wonderful and patient with my daughter, and family. The financing piece was a little disappointing, but otherwise we had an awesome time.
I enjoyed my experience today a lot. Taylor was a lot of fun to work with. I may go back and say yes to a dress.
Great experience! Staff was nice and helpful. I had Sarah as my consultant, and highly recommend her for helping with wedding dresses.
