Me and 7/8 of my bridesmaids went in March to pick out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. The one bridesmaid that couldn't make it, went with me last week so she could pick hers out. We get there and was told NOTHING was in the system! That's 7 people! 7 girls picked their style and size, and not so much as my wedding date was in the system! They know what they're doing !!! She choose a dress I thought no way !! I tried it on and it's PERFECT ...it's hanging in closet waiting for my daughters wedding day ...

Much more pleasant experience looking for my Matron of Honor dress than I had when I was shopping for my wedding dress in Louisville KY. They where down right rude and I has an appointment. Did not acknowledge me until I was walking out the door. Never go to Louisville David Bridal. They are awful.

Went to look at bridal and bridesmaids dresses. Our consultant was far from attentive, friendly, and not very helpful. A couple of my bridesmaids were talking to her trying to give her an idea of what kind of dress they wanted to see and she flat out says "oh I'm sorry, I wasn't listening." She kept disappearing and when I was trying on dresses, she wasn't even there to help me zip up when I walked out of the dressing room. My friends had to do it! Not a good experience.

Went in today to try and find the undergarments for my wedding dress. The woman I had told me that "my torso may be too large" in order to find anything that would fit correctly. She then brought me one that was obviously too small to try on and disappeared. Never felt more unwanted to be in a store than I did today. I will never be returning.

They messed up two of my brides maids dress orders etc
This place is nightmare with the rudest staff I have ever encountered anywhere in my life. Shopping for your big day is supposed to fun and exciting. Instead, it was a nightmare. Like us coming in was an inconvenience. Not one employee so much as cracked a smile. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Very disappointed.
Would NEVER EVER come back to this place!!!!! Rude and not courteous AT ALL!!! There was one ONE person in the store and the refused to allow me to try on ANY dresses bc I didn't have a appointment!!!! I work Midnights and my mother and I were just put and bought... Had 1800 cash looking for a dress and turned away!!! Wow! Horrible service!!! I lived her 28yrs and WILL Never tell anyone David Bridal is a good place to look... Horrible Horrible Front door service!!!!!
