I made an appointment late Saturday morning after being disappointed by service at another location. My consultant was Michelle. Michelle actually took my measurements, talked to me a little bit to find out what I was looking for, and helped me put on the dresses. I state these things because they weren't done at other location by consultant. I said "yes to the dress" after only trying on two other dresses. Michelle was so helpful from beginning to end. We worked with @[1447567166:Michelle] and she's so wonderful and knowledgeable. My Mom was looking for a dress for a renewal ceremony and Michelle was so patient; my Mom must have tried on ten dresses or more, but Michelle stayed cheerful and helpful throughout the entire appointment.

We came looking for a prom dress. My daughter is pretty short and we needed a short length prom dress. There wasn't a really good selection. Our attendant was helpful at first but then a bride came in looking for a dress and I ended up going to get her dresses myself. Our dress was one that was not on sale. All in all it was an ok experience.

I went to David's Bridal today and Elizabeth was my consultant. I must say I did not make her job easy. I was looking for something very unique. No white, ivory or champaign. I wanted grey. I expressed my desire for something non-traditional to Elizabeth and she did everything in her power to find me dresses that fit my unique style. She nailed it!
