Gotta say I did not love my experience at this location. Upon initially setting up the appointment days ago, I was transferred twice. I stated that I wanted to set up my appointment, then was placed on hold and sent to alterations. The lady seemed confused when I kept telling her I was BUYING a dress, not having one altered. Then, upon setting the appointment, I asked them to set both mine and my mother’s for similar times. She said that would be fine, but still booked my Mother’s later than mine. The staff was rude and incompetent. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!! They will wait until the last possible minute to give you your dress in the WRONG size. Save yourself the headache.
Soooo disappointed in how this experience has turned out for me and my bridesmaids.
