I got my dress here almost 2 years ago and it was the perfect style for me. The prices and accessories were great and the customer service was spectacular.
I personally had a great experience at David's Bridal in Ontario, CA. The consultant want patient, attentive, and animated. I loved her and I am excited to see her again for fittings! The store was nice, not too loud even though it was full, the rest of the staff was excited about my dress choices also and would pop in when they could for a second here and there. Very nice appointment.
I just purchased my wedding gown at this location and Norine, is the sweetest, most patient assistant at the store, all of the staff was helpful but Norine is absolutely amazing! If you have an appointment coming up, request her to assist you, you will not be disappointed.
Found my dress today, Rosa picked the perfect one at my first appointment back in February and i brought my family to show them. We all loved it and i went home knowing i have my dress. So happy! Great customer service at both appointments.
The customer service here is amazing! I originally went to the Brea location for my bridesmaids and had a terrible experience. I decided to go to a different location for myself. (Here) and my stylist and her manager were awesome! Super thankful I was so well taken care of!
I had a great experience, and yesterday said yes to a dress. I made 3 visits total as i could not make a decision. The first visit was with Michael he was so Amazing made me feel comfortable and put up with my parents and bridesmaids who had tons of critique. He was so patient and gave so many options. They were all very nice & helpful and went beyond their way to attend to me & my daughter's needs. Looking & finding her wedding dress was a very pleasant & wonderful experience, especially when my daughter said Yes to her Dress and they "David's Bridal Employee" made a big deal out of it and had my daughter make a wish and ring the bell! Special moment not only for me as a mother, but for my daughter as well! Thank you for your supportive and attentive staff..... You all Rock!
