I will never go back to any David’s Bridal, especially this location. I recently went to this location with my sister, the bride, and her bridal party, including myself and four bridesmaids. Only one consultant was assigned to work with us and there was very little guidance throughout the entire appointment. From the start, the consultant just asked what fabric my sister wanted, with no recommendations given. I was so sad about my shopping experience here, it was AWFUL! Among the issues we faced: (1) initially given dresses that were all the wrong size/did not fit; (2) stuffed into a tiny dressing room that barely fit me and a dress; (3) sales person told my niece that i could *never carry that style off* (4) the sales person i had an APPOINTMENT WITH had another bride there at the same time and therefore had very little time to spend with either of us - i had to get into and out of each dress myself and (5) I was looking for a ... read more

Went in February to pick out Bridesmaids dresses with my bestfriend, tried on a floor model that was probably a little stretched out.. told the associate "I've already lost 12.5 lbs - I intend on losing 50 for my bestfriends wedding in August so I'll just order this size" she tells me "no order the size up, everyone says they're going to lose weight" � middle finger to your girl, I ordered the size I originally tried on and LOST 50 pounds by my friends wedding and had to get it altered from a 22 to a 16! Girl, BYE.

This place is the most unorganized place ever. Idk why the make it so nice & fancy if the staff is rude and they suck & they do not give you any attention. I've been in there twice & both times they acted the same. I didn't even take my dress back for alterations I took it somewhere else just to not deal with these people.
