Love my dress, staff was good in helping me find what I wanted
I found a BEAUTIFUL dress from David's - and it was only $500... With my veil and other unmentionables, my total came to around $1000. I thought that was awesome! I wish they had a little bit better customer service, though. The lady that helped me find my dress was fabulous, but everyone else that worked there wasn't as much.
The dress i bought from Davids was absolutely beautiful. The store is a bit small and cluttered, so it does take patience and an open mind while searching through the many, many dresses. the staff there was pretty good. They are very knowledgeable and make some great suggestions.
overall they were pretty good, there was some miscommunication between salespeople handling my bridal party, as we tried dealing through one store and delivering dresses to different locations since my bridesmaids were not all from the same area.
This particular location was just awful. Staff were extremely unprofessional and always made me feel like I was rushed as another bride was coming in. However, when I did complain, they gave me a free dress preservation.
Good prices if you want strapless dress. If you need something more modest, move on...

I can’t even begin to convey how sad & disappointed I feel waking away from my appointment today. After searching online for some time, my fiancé & I finally decided to make an appointment to try on bridal gowns at the Rockville, MD location (almost a hour drive for us). We were amazed to see several beautiful gowns for $99 & hoped to find a dress that would be perfect for our day. I was so disappointed in the service at David's Bridal in Rockville. We went for bridesmaid appointment and I asked if I could try on a bridal gown or two, to which the women rudely said absolutely not. Even thought we were the only group in the store. Our associate did not care about our appointment and was MIA for half the appointment. They didn't have any sizes that would fit the girls.
