The staff here was amazing. I showed up (without an appointment) shopping for prom dresses for my daughter, who is out of the country. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, especially the stylist Yasmiar. They even videoconferenced with my wife and daughter to ensure they had the right styles and colors. Excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my daughter to the Rockville store to get a prom dress. They have a great selection and we found a lot to try on. Unfortunately the girl who was supposed to help us (we had an appointment) never came back to see if we needed anything after she showed us to the changing room. We could have used some help. Luckily after about 30 minutes Chrystal showed up and really helped us a lot. She was taking care of two or three customers at the same time and handled it so well. I had an amazing experience with Ms. Birdi! She knows what she is talking about when it comes to alterations. I mean yeah the alterations were very expensive but when I went for my final fitting everything was PERFECT! Couldn't be any happier, she really does go the extra mile to make sure everything was good before I left with the dress!

My first time there I didn't get as much attention but my consultant for today's visit was attentive. She helped me in and out of items and gave me her honest opinion. I fee bad because I didn't remember her name.

Went to DB in Rockville yesterday for my daughter's prom dress. Lulu was our consultant, and she was fabulous. We needed plus-size dresses, and Lulu was lovely and very knowledgable. We found three dresses that my daughter loved, and she finally picked a great one . We had a great time together, Lulu was wonderful, and the dress was perfect!

My experience getting a dresss was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. I had lots of fun with who I brought with me but my consultant kept disappearing, she wasn't even there for me ringing the bell. On top of that, my bridesmaids and mom felt like an inconvenience because the consultant who was in the room kept telling them to move. I understand it was crowded but she stressed me out even more than picking the most important dress of my life did. Malina was amazing and found the perfect dress for me! She was wonderful and made the experience. The only reason the experience gets 4 stars is because it was so so crowded. Malina gets 5/5 for her service though!

I had a bridal appointment yesterday with Emily at the Rockville location following a not so good experience at another David's Bridal location. It was so easy and she made it such a great experience. I had done my homework and knew pretty much what I wanted. But, Emily brought me those and a few more she knew I'd like and would look good in. She listened well and worked hard to pull the right options. Found "the one" and I'm ordering it today from Emily at Rockville.

This was my first time trying on bridal dresses and I had an amazing experience! My stylist was great, she knew my style and made great suggestions on dresses I wouldn't have picked but ended up loving! Best of all, she took her time and I didn't feel rushed. I will be going back, and maybe buying my dream wedding dress.
