If I could give less than one star, I would. The entire experience was ruined for not only myself, but all of my guests. Our sales associate, Jenna, was the most rude person I have met throughout my wedding planning experience thus far. David's Bridal is a great option for a dress that isn't overly expensive. I got the Vera Wang for the season from them and it is absolutely stunning. The employee who helped me was fantastic on the day we came in to pick my dress. When the dress arrived in the store for me to pick up it went through their quality control review and they were not happy with the dress that had arrived - so hey sent it back to the manufacturer, and immediately calling and letting me know a new one was on its way. The first time I went in to get my dress, they were very attentive and helped me pick out a dress that I love! But when my bridesmaids went in (all of the bridal party dresses came from there), they were not attentive, and very rude. My dress came in, and it was in the wrong size, the second time it looked worn and disheveled. The dress was nice. Prices are very high. There is too much pressure to purchase and it makes it uncomfortable to buy.
Great place to start looking for dresses. They have different styles and pricing depending on the budget you are under. The staff is very helpful and extremely polite.
I loved my experience at David's bridal. The lady who helped me was very helpful and patient. I was very pleased with the quality and price of the dress. We were very happy with our invitations. They were the same quality as many other higher-priced invitations.
