I did not buy my wedding dress here because of the customer service—incompetence mixed with rudeness was not the wedding dress experience I wanted. Jared and the staff at David's Bridal worked very hard to help me find my perfect dress and to help keep things moving along with find accessories for my flower girls and bridesmaids. I was blessed enough to come at a time when there was a sale going on but for the accessories, even if they weren't on sale, they still would have been a great value. David's Bridal is an inexpensive choice that has a variety of choices for brides and bridal parties.However, I was pretty disappointed with many aspects of their performance.ONE PERSON, a manager, Cheryl, seriously was amazing when I went in a little bit upset with the final fitting of my dress. I had heard many negative things about Davids Bridal so I was hesitant to go there. I had a small wedding and unfortunately in this are their prices are the most pratical without going to a boutique. Every single time I had an appointment and the earliest I was seen was 30 mintues after my appointment. My cosultant Kiki was helpful and was the only pleasant part of this store. The lady that helped me was very friendly and nice. She was also good with getting me to try on dresses that I would not have picked fro myself but looked good with my body type. It was a great experience. You should also schedule your appointment early in the day because it was crowded and my appointment was at 11:30am.
Didn't have a great experience at the one in Rockville, Maryland. The person who helped me wasn't listening to what I wanted, was helping another bride at the same time, and didn't seem to be enjoying her job. Even though I did find a dress that I loved in the end, I wish I had found it at another place. I guess you get what you pay for.
great selection, friendly staff, appointment needed to try on dresses. Always a line to pay for items and it takes a while.
